BBQ Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwich Recipe

This is a great BBQ Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwich recipe that I have been making for years. If you love a barbecue roast beef sandwich, you should try it with some good old American cheese. The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

• 1 Bottle regular Barbecue Sauce
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 3 tablespoons white vinegar
• 2 tablespoons chopped onion
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoons brown sugar
• 1 clove fine chopped garlic
• 1 block of american cheese(shredded)

Sandwiches
1 lb sliced cooked, pulled or chopped roast beef
6 burger buns

1.  In 1-quart saucepan, heat all sauce ingredients to a boil on medium heat, stir rapidly and reduce heat. Uncover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2.  Pour Sauce over beef, cover and summer for about five minutes or until the beef is hot. Top with cheese and let stand for apporximately 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Make sandwiches and enjoy this great barbecue sandwich recipe.
